We offer free shipping on orders over $49 within the continental United States. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original packaging for a full refund.

Opened candle sand bags cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. To initiate a return, email hello@candlessand.com with your order number.

Candles Sand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Candle sand is a flammable product. Always follow basic candle safety guidelines: never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from flammable materials, and keep out of reach of children and pets. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from improper use.
