Free Shipping: All orders over $50 ship free within the contiguous United States.

Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate for orders under $50. Delivered in 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping: $12.99 for 2-3 business day delivery.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days.

30-Day Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened candle sand bags cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.

How to Return: Email us at hello@candlessand.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.

If your order arrives damaged or you received a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
